By default, approvers are notified through emails about the change requests. Optionally, you can also use Microsoft Teams channels to notify the approvers.
Click Add Channel to add a Microsoft Teams channel.

Click Save to add the channel. Change requests will now be communicated to the approvers through email as well as this channel.
