# Setting Additional Notification via MS Teams

By default, approvers are notified through emails about the change requests. Optionally, you can also use Microsoft Teams channels to notify the approvers.

1. Click **Add Channel** to add a Microsoft Teams channel.

2. Configure the channel and webhook details as shown below:

3. Click **Save** to add the channel. Change requests will now be communicated to the approvers through email as well as this channel.
